By odd coincidence, one of the last photographs I shot was a graphic treatment of the acclaimed 2009 science fiction film, Moon.
I’ve decided it’s high time to draw on my network of friends and followers and anyone who has enjoyed my work and wants to give something back. Call it a hat tip or a head nod; a hand up after a fall; a gesture of recognition for what I have done, and what I am still attempting to do.
The camera may be gone, but the “LunaLife” continues. For the foreseeable future, this will mean a hiatus from photography and image-making, and a preparation to head in other directions. But either way, I hope there are more than a few of you who are not shy to step up and lend a hand.
The easiest way to do that is to just make a direct donation of your choice—whether it be $5.00 or $50.00—through this here PayPal button (which goes through my email address, firstname.lastname@example.org). If you have any other suggestions (or if you know of a better way to solicit or collect funds, including the option to do so anonymously), email me with your thoughts.
Before you run off to help, I want to first give my thanks to those of you who have followed me for all or part of the journey thus far. Even if you aren’t able to help me out directly, I wanted to say how grateful I am for all the things I’ve experienced these last few years, and the fact that I have been able to share some of it with all of you. I have no doubt it will continue.
